Godmorgen København! Receiving the invitation from SCANDINAVIAN ACADEMY OF FASHION DESIGN 2026 Graduate Presentation while still enjoying New York City World Cup vibe, I book SAS direct flight and arrive at the Copenhagen Fashion Week SS27 on August 3rd on time.
My third visit to Copenhagen, while the first ever discovering Plantetorvet District and am very confusing with the address Refshalevej 167 due to its various factory hubs; luckily with the random help from the passengers from Brazil, Italia and North Macedonia, we finally enjoy the runway during the sudden raining day.
Brining together with 27 emerging designers, among them my personal favourite is fairy tales looks from LINE HOLM LINDHARDT. Inspiring from The Lady of the Camellias and Lauren Greenfield’s Generation Wealth, the pinkish corset alongside with semi-sheer lace gown, it’s contrast of the voluminous tailoring meets with sleek one-shoulder deep purple top and low-rise straight pants, the romantic sensation strikes Nordic urban tensions are truly catching my lenses and eyes.
Sharing the bus back to the city centre, I tag along with the Manager of SKOPJE FASHION WEEK to Paolina Russo SS27 Runway Show, LONE STAR, at Nørrebrohallen, on Tuesday August 4th at 19:00. The indoor plus outdoor performance gives the energetic feels of the whole season, brings more possibilities for the street wears mix-and-match with the sophisticated touch of outfits.
The outfits of the Day at Copenhagen Fashion Week are INTIMISSIMI 100% silk lavender purple blouse purchased from New York Broadway Flagship, ISABEL MARANT 15% Polyurethane with 85% Cotton Trousers tight with CHANEL 100% silk logo bandeau. For the rather chilly evening, CHANEL 17AW 100% wool cardigan with cute pockets and shimmering slingbacks holding 4,5cm mules are always my favourite event-going essentials.
As for accessories, Chanel Sac de Silver Seaside Villa 19 Cruise collection in lambskin, the mesh silver stripes and metallic lock echo the concept of glamourous contrasting bleak blackness tone, while TIFFANY & Co. heart-shaped sterling silver 925 mini earrings and necklace, inspired by the iconic key ring first introduced in 1969, always offer the playful yet elegant final touch on my outfits of the day.
